ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners alleged to have attacked the de-facto complainant with iron rod, when he questioned them while consuming alcohol in the public road and causing disturbance. 3.These petitioners and four others are involved in this offence.
