2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further the investigation is going.

3. Considering the fact the petitioner is having five previous cases and the investigation is under progress, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
