The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the e-tender notification issued by the third respondent on 20.02.2026, primarily on the ground that it is in violation of Rule 20 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.

2. When the Writ Petition came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the impugned e-tender notification dated 20.02.2026 has already been withdrawn and that a fresh notification would be issued in accordance with law. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
