This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet in Crime No.220 of 2013 pending investigation with the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of two months.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent

herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.220 of 2013 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
