Mr.C.M.Mari Chellaiah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.5977 of 2020 consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.03.2020 and 15.03.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the tender process by following the procedure in a transparent manner enlightened in Circular No.1/2008/E2, dated 25.01.2008 and Circular No.Na.Ka.No.2146/2013/Oo1, dated 28.06.2013.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the procedure for conducting tender is scrupulously followed as per the Circular No.1/2008/E2, dated 25.01.2008 and Circular No.Na.Ka.No.2146/2013/Oo1, dated 28.06.2013 and as per the Tender Transparency Act.

5. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is necessary and the respondents are directed to follow the Circular No.1/2008/E2, dated 25.01.2008 and Circular No.Na.Ka.No.2146/2013/Oo1, dated 28.06.2013 and the Tender Transparency Act.
