It is an application seeking a direction to transfer the enquiry of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 29.02.2016 from the file of the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Sivagangai for a fair, unbiased and speedy investigation. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
