ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for the issue of writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the notice issued by the respondent dated 22.08.2022 and quash the same.

2. The impugned order is only a notice calling upon the petitioner to produce the details to prove his contention that the sale of liquor was only for the members of the club and not for outside consumption. Without even providing these details, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent with the documents sought for by them and thereafter, the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
