Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent dated 04.03.2024 in proceedings Na.Ka.No.0314/2024/vu.paa.thu and quash the same as the same is arbitrary ultraries and consequentially direct the respondents to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's petty shop in Door No.197A, Vaigai Colony, Annanagar, Madurai-625 020 and permit the petitioner to carry on the business in the premises.
