The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release and disburse the bill amount payable to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.4,45,82,862/- (Rupees Four Crores Forty Five Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Two only), being the 10% withheld amount, as per the representation dated 23.03.2020 and the reminder dated 09.12.2021.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a sum of Rs.1,83,47,461/- has been paid by the respondents and the same has been accepted by the writ petitioner towards full and final settlement. 2/4
