ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner andMr.S.VINOD SATHYA LAZAR, Caveator for R1 and MR.C.JEGANATHAN for M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES Advocate for R2 and R3 to R6 not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Election Officer, the Hon'ble Dr.Justice T.Mathivanan (Retd.) and the Assistant Election Officer Mr.R.Karunanidhi were conducted election in the peaceful manner and the same was completed on 16.08.2018. The elected persons were also took charge of the office. This was reported by both the learned counsels as well as the Assistant Election Officer Mr.R.Karunanidhi.
To that effect, the Assistant Election Officer appeared and filed a report along with the documents. 2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has filed a memo by objecting the election conducted by the Election Officer . The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Assistant Election Officer Mr.R.Karunanidhi also received the objection memo filed by the 2nd respondent and they seeks time to file reply to the objection memo. Therefore, post the matter on 25.10.2018 at 3.30 p.m through video conferencing.
3.The Church / North Tamil Conference of Seventh day Adventists, Thiruchirappalli is directed to pay an additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Election Officer the Hon'ble Dr.Justice T.Mathivanan (Retd.) and a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Assistant Election Officer Mr.R.Karunanidhi on or before 24.10.2018 and report before this Court on 25.10.2018 at 3.30 p.m. through video conferencing.
4.The Church / North Tamil Conference of Seventh day Adventists, Thiruchirappalli is directed to submit a report for the payment of additional remuneration to the Election Officer and the Assistant Election Officer. Post the matter on 25.10.2018 at 03.30 p.m. through Video Conferencing.
