The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2, to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State upon instructions would submit that the name of the petitioner has already been removed from the History Sheet and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

The said statement is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
