Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners' dispute is primarily with the respondents 7 to 9. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would allege that the official respondents are keeping quiet. Such matters will have to be resolved only before the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioners can very well seek injunction against the respondents 7 to 9. The petitioners are permitted to file a civil suit. When such suit is filed, it shall be numbered immediately. The petitioners can also seek interim relief. If any Interlocutory Application is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The trial Court can even consider granting exparte relief in favour of the petitioners. 3/6

3. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
