[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Prayer in this writ petition reads as follows: "For the reasons stated in accompanying Affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Orders or Directions or Writs in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondents 2 & 3 to consider and
pass an order on the Petitioner's One Time Settlement proposal dated 27.02.2023 and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."
2. We do not think we can grant such a mandamus, which will interfere with the contract between the parties. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
