O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a mandamus, directing the first respondent to approve the petitioner as the Secretary of the third respondent school without insisting for NOC (Pendency of criminal case) from the local police station by considering his proposals dated 16.12.2024 and 14.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the first and second respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 has produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer - second respondent in Moo.Mu.No.633/A4/2025, dated 04.03.2025, addressed to him. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition has been redressed. The submission, along with the communication dated 04.03.2025, has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 07.03.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 3/5
