The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the salary to the petitioner for the period she worked in 4th respondent School, based on her representation dated 05.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, her representation seeking salary for the period she worked under the 4th respondent has not been considered so far, by the respondents. Hence, she is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted the petitioner's representation would be taken into consideration on merits.

5.Under these circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
