ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the bore pump and bore well, in respect of which the writ petition has been filed, no longer yield water and have been abandoned.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Authorities have provided water facilities in Mulaiyur Panchayat by fixing out a water tank and the people of the Panchayat are making use of the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
