This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019 seeking regularization of her service from the date of her appointment with all attendant and monetary benefits. 2.Heard both sides. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner the petitioner's, representation seeking regularisation of her service,

has not been considered so far, by the respondents. Hence, she is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted the petitioner's representation would be taken into consideration on merits.

5.Under these circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
