The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2018 and proceed in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.384 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 454, 457(2), 380(2), 427, 409, 420 of I.P.C. and 25(2) of Antiques and Art Treasures Act, 1972 and summon has been served to the petitioner in the aforesaid Crime No.384 of 2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
