This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking production of petitioner's daughter who eloped with the son of the 3rd respondent herein.

2. The daughter of the petitioner is present today. She states that she has married Prabakaran at Arulmigu Balasubramania Swamy Temple, Sivapuram, Thirukkokaranam, Pudukkottai District and the marriage was duly registered on 15.04.2025 at the Joint Sub-Registrar Office, Pudukkottai. The original certificate of the marriage registration is also produced. In view of the fact, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
