O R D E R
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2020, and to provide necessary protection.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.08.2021, it came to know that proper representation was not sent by the petitioner. So, at the request of the learned Senior Counsel, a direction was issued to the petitioner to give proper representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that representation has been properly sent. Which is also circulated to the Court annexed typed set of papers.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on instructions, the fourth respondent may provide police protection to measure the property, on the basis of the undertaken, given by the petitioner and the petitioner may take proper steps for the purpose of measuring the property to the third respondent herein. 5.The surveyor attached to the Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, may undertake the survey process by properly giving notice to the concerned parties in accordance with Section 10 of Tamil Nadu Survey of Boundaries Act. In that process, if any trouble is arise, surveyor may give proper representation to the fourth respondent and the same may be considered.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
