This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the Inspector of Police, Sholavanthan Police Station, Madurai District to investigate the case in Crime No.417 of 2016 pending on file of the respondent and further to direct him to file a final report within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that final report was filed on 10.1.2017 and a copy of the said report was also given to the learned counsel for the Petitioner today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
