Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to call for the records of the impugned notice issued by the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.551/2020/A2 dated 24-11-2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the entire Government Poramboke pathway situated in Sy.No.326/10 of Munchirai Village, Killiyoor Tk., Kanyakumari Dist and remove all the encroachments made therein after affording an opportunity of hearing all the encroachers if nay who made encroachments in the aforesaid Poramboke land as per the relevant Act in force and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.
