This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a positive final report in Crime No.66 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2012 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
