This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report within stipulated time fixed by this Court in connection with the Crime No.161 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that after completion of enquiry in Crime No. 161 of 2015, final report was filed on 25.05.2017 and the copy of the same has also been served upon the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
