ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 7 to consider her representation dated 23.02.2019. In her representation, she has alleged that few named people have assaulted her husband with an intention to murder him. The petitioner's husband has lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police. But no action was taken on the same, in view of the fact that the son of the third respondent is a Police Constable.

enquired and closed.

3.Prima facie, the complaint discloses the commission of offence, however, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Magistrate Court and pressurize such remedies as open to him under law.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
