ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.21535 of 2021, dated 20.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e,10.06.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the order of this Court, dated 20.11.2023 in W.P(MD)No.21535 of 2021 has been complied with and that therefore, the petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
