ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
2. Accordingly, granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the original order to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable the petitioner to present the appeal before the Appellate Authority. If the appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the same, without reference to any limitations. petitioner has already paid any tax, the same shall ought to be taken into account for computing the statutory liability to remit 25%. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
