ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.SR.No.145 of 2023 from the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District or any other competent Court in Namakkal District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (05.09.2024), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation amicably. The petitioner as well as the respondent are appeared through video conference and the respondent's mother appeared in person before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The identity proof of the parties is also verified. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent filed a Settlement Agreement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. The contents of the Settlement Agreement were read over and explained to both the parties in the presence of their counsel and both parties have accepted the same, as correct.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.09.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No VSD 2/4
