Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for entire records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in H.S(M) Confdl No.19 of 2014, dated 25.08.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Mariappan @ Rasna Mariappan, Son of Paulkani Nadar, aged about 41 years, now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith and pass such further or other orders.
