ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the order dated 19.09.2014, passed in I.A.No.995 of 2013 in O.S.No.51 of 2013, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2013 was disposed of by the Trial Court on 01.03.2017 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.
3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
