ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is, to direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner's son on compassionate grounds, based on her representation dated 08.10.2017.

2. Mr.V. Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner's representation seeking for appointment to her son on compassionate grounds, due to the demise of her husband, while he was in service, has not been acted upon by the official respondents, she is before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the petitioner's representation dated 8.10.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
