ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents and their men not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the Gujarath Police registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.801 of 2016. He was called for enquiry with regard to the said case.

4.Under such circumstances, "Not to harass" petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
