ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 23.06.2015 made in I.A.No.53(a) of 2011 in HMOP.No.56 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner without insisting upon the prayer sought for in this petition, seeking for direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputur, to expedite the proceedings in HMOP.No.56 of 2011 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also accepted the same.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition disposed of with the following directions :

(i) The learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputur, is directed to dispose the HMOP.No.56 of 2011, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii) Both the parties are given liberty to raise their points before the Court below, without influencing the order passed in the Interlocutory Application and Civil Revision Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(iii) No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
