This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No. 1368 of 2011 in O.S.No.268 of 2008, dated 24.04.2015, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself has already been disposed of before the trial Court and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition with the very same prayer. No costs.
