ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.181 of 2012, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the Trial Court had issued a non-bailable warrant against the petitioners, on 05.01.2016, for their nonappearance. It is also seen that during the course of trial, the petitioners did not appear before the learned Trial Judge, on 05.01.2016, resulting in the learned Trial Judge issuing nonbailable warrant. In a case of this nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, they shall surrender before the learned Trial Judge within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and file application for recalling the non-bailable warrant, which shall be considered by the learned Trial Judge on merits on the same day.
