Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
2. Issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner alleges that error in respect of the petition-mentioned property took place during UDR. The District Revenue Officer is the competent authority. The petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent. It was forwarded to the second respondent. The second respondent called for report from the Tahsildar, Thiruchuzhi. The Tahsildar had already conducted enquiry and submitted his report. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent will have to put all the 2/4
