2. The petitioner herein is the defaccto complainant in the above said private complaint, which was registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act.

3. A grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even though the case has been registered in the year 2019, there was no progress. So, a report was called for from the concerned Court and it is stated that the petitioner has filed petitions before the Judicial Magistrate-II (FTC Level), Madurai, seeking interim compensation in Crl.MP.No.3861 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.25 of 2019 and Crl.MP.No.3860 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.26 of 2019 and later, due to pandemic situation, the matters have been adjourned periodically. Now, new Officer has taken charge the said cases have been posted to 30.07.2021.

4. Considering the above such circumstance, there shall be a direction to the Fast Track No.II Court Magistrate Level, Madurai, to expedite the trial process and complete the same within five https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
