Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Mr.S.Rajeshkanna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 has no objection for condoning the delay. 4.Though notice was served on the 7th respondent and his name was printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf, either in person or through counsel.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
