This writ petition has been filed for the issue of the writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue passport to the petitioner pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner. 2.Mrs.Victoria Gowri, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the passport has already been despatched to the petitioner through speed post on 30.03.2021.
