This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.07.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with the notice to the third respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against her.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta, which stands in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in question, has been transferred to the name of the third respondent without issuing any notice to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 02.07.2025 before the first respondent, which was received by the first respondent. However, no order has been passed till date. Therefore, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present Writ Petition. Page No. 2 of 5
