This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein and further direct to file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2015 and to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
