This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner's and his family members life and limb on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.02.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 04.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
