This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 10.01.2025 and to direct the 1st respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet in H.S.No.219 of 2000.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondents no.3 and 4 have appeared and explained about the situation and they have also passed an order dated 28.03.2025 by closing the History Sheet in H.S.No.219 of 2000. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn the complaint. Therefore, recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
