ORDER
The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The petitioner filed the present Civil Revision Petition to struck off H.M.O.P.No.227 of 2015 filed by the husband before the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.
2.At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that HMOP filed by the husband, had been disposed of by order dated 09.02.2016 and prayed for dismissing the present civil revision petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition to set aside the ex-parte order.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that application filed by the petitioner was dismissed. Against the order of dismissal of I.A.,the petitioner is taking steps to file C.M.A. 4.In view of the admitted fact the order has been passed in H.M.O.P and the same is not pending, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the order passed in I.A and H.M.O.P. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
