This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the respondent Nos.3 to 5 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 10.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
