O R D E R

Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as per the direction of the 1st respondent's letter in reference No.W4/13510/2020 dated 16.06.2020 and consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.05.2020 and 03.06.2020.

3. From the perusal of the materials on record especially, the proceeding dated 16.06.2020, it is evident that the first respondent, through the said proceedings, forwarded the representations submitted by the petitioner herein to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not taken any further action pursuant to the proceeding dated 16.06.2020 issued by the respondent No.1.

4. Though notice is served on respondent Nos.3 to 5, no appearance is entered.

5. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 fairly submitted that respondent No.2 may be directed to take appropriate action pursuant to the proceeding bearing No.W4/13510/2020 dated 16.06.2020

6. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action in accordance with

law, pursuant to the proceeding bearing No.W4/13510/2020 dated 16.06.2020 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after duly putting the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.3 to 5 on notice. The petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs.
