This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.273 of 2016 on the file of the Second respondent to some other independent investigation agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and closure report was sent to the petitioner by Registered Post on 01.02.2017 for two addresses and on both addresses, the report was not received.
