Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent not to accept Form VII from the 2nd and 3rd respondent or any other private persons with regard to the petitioner Sangam by considering its representation dated 19.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent from accepting Form VII from the 2nd and 3rd respondents or from any other private person with regard to the petitioner Sangam by considering the representation dated 19.02.2026.

2. The office bearers of the said Sangam have already filed W.P(MD)No. 2694 of 2026 and this Court has passed an order on 03.02.2026 directing the authorities to consider their request for accepting Form VII. In case if the petitioner has got any objection whatsoever, it is for them to place it before the first respondent.

3. With the above said observations, this this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 24.02.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
