[Made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] This petition is styled as public interest litigation. The prayer clause reads as under:

"For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of mandamus or direction to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the 1st Respondent proceeding No. O.Mu. No.33737/2021/D1 dated 20.12.2021 within stipulated time period"

2. Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, including the photographs, this Court finds that, this petition can not be entertained in the form of public interest litigation. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No. 5736 of 2022 grievance made by the petitioner is required to be addressed by the State Authorities by keeping in view the consequences of the action sought to be taken and that too in due compliance of principles of natural justice qua all other parties.

3. This writ petition is disposed of in above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
