ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to remove the History sheet in H.S.No.718 of 2007 maintaining against the petitioner by the Respondent Noo.3 under Tamilnadu Police Standing order No.748 and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to not to harass him by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
